What the lifetime warranty covers
The warranty entitles you to a free replacement (at the same tier you originally purchased) in any of the following scenarios:
- Your account is unexpectedly limited or restricted by Stake.com without any policy violation on your side.
- Your account is banned by Stake.com without you having broken Stake's Terms of Service.
- The credentials we delivered stop working for a reason that pre-dates your ownership of the account.
- The pre-verified KYC tier of your account is downgraded by Stake.com soon after delivery without you having added new risk signals.
What the warranty does NOT cover
- Fraud or chargebacks. Attempting a chargeback on the original payment (where technically possible) voids the warranty immediately.
- Sharing credentials. If you give the email or Stake.com password to anyone else, the account is no longer "yours alone" — the warranty no longer applies.
- Violation of Stake.com Terms of Service. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, using prohibited play patterns, or any other Stake ToS breach that triggers the ban is your responsibility, not ours.
- Failure to change passwords on first login. If you don't follow the post-delivery instructions and the account is taken over via the original credentials, that's outside our coverage.
- Account inactivity bans. Stake.com may dormant-close accounts that haven't been used for an extended period.
- Voluntary self-exclusion. If you self-exclude the account from Stake's responsible-gambling system, we can't reverse that.
How to claim the warranty
- Don't panic and don't start arguing with Stake support yet. Take a screenshot of the error or restriction message first.

Most warranty replacements are delivered within 24 hours of an approved claim.
How long is "lifetime"?
"Lifetime" means as long as StakeStore operates the service. There's no warranty expiration on individual accounts — you can come back six months or two years later and claim, provided the rest of the policy is met.
Multiple replacements
We honour multiple successive warranty claims on the same original purchase, as long as each claim independently meets the conditions above. If we observe a pattern that suggests buyer-side misuse, we reserve the right to investigate before issuing further replacements.
Disputes
If you disagree with a warranty decision, escalate via Discord or Telegram and ask to speak to a senior support member. We aim to be fair — most disputes are resolved by simply having a second person review the case.
