1. Eligibility
By placing an order with StakeStore you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you are legally permitted to use and fund a Stake.com account in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for confirming the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before purchase.
2. Personal use only
Accounts sold by StakeStore are intended for the personal use of a single buyer. You may not resell, transfer, or share account access with any third party. Violation of this clause voids your warranty and any associated support.
3. Pricing, payment and final sales
All prices are listed in USD on the product pages and are payable in cryptocurrency through our OxaPay processor (BTC, ETH, USDT-ERC20, LTC, SOL, TRX). Once an order is paid:
- All sales are final. Digital goods cannot be returned once delivered.
- Chargebacks are not supported. Crypto payments are non-reversible by design. Attempting to chargeback (where possible) voids the warranty.
- See our Refund Policy for the narrow exception where credentials don't work on delivery.
4. Delivery
Delivery is automatic for Level 2 orders and priority-manual for Level 3 and Level 4 orders. Credentials are sent to the email you provide at checkout:
- Level 2: typically delivered within 10 minutes of payment confirmation on-chain.
- Level 3 & Level 4: custom-fulfilled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
You are responsible for providing a correct, accessible email address. We will not redeliver to a different address without a verified support request.
5. Account security after delivery
The moment you receive your credentials, you should:
- Log in to stake.com and change the Stake.com password immediately.
- Log in to the email inbox and change the email password as well.
- Enable two-factor authentication on both where available.
StakeStore is not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure the account after delivery.
6. Lifetime warranty
Every account ships with a lifetime warranty. If the account becomes restricted or banned through no fault of your own, we will provide a free replacement at the same tier. Full details and claim procedure are listed in our Warranty Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of StakeStore after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
