1. What we collect

StakeStore only collects two pieces of information from buyers:

  • Your delivery email address — provided at checkout so we can email you your account credentials.
  • Your order reference — generated automatically by our system (e.g. SS-XXXX-XXXX) to associate your payment with your delivery.

That's it. We do not collect your name (unless you choose to use a real one), your address, your phone number, your IP geolocation, or any device fingerprint beyond what is technically required to serve the page.

2. What we don't collect

  • No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party advertising pixels.
  • No social-login data — we don't ask you to sign in with Google, Facebook or anything else.
  • No payment card data — all payments are processed by OxaPay in crypto, which never reaches our servers.

3. How your data is used

Your email and order reference are used solely to:

  1. Deliver your account credentials after payment is confirmed on-chain.
  2. Resolve warranty claims or support tickets when you contact us with your order reference.
  3. Detect duplicate review submissions (one review per order).

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or unsolicited messages.

4. Third parties

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The only third parties that receive any data are the operational services we use to deliver your order:

  • OxaPay (payment processor) — receives the order reference and amount to generate the crypto invoice. They do not receive your email.
  • SMTP provider — relays the delivery email to your inbox. Your email is required by definition; the message itself is not retained by us beyond the order record.
  • Railway (hosting) — runs our servers and stores the SQLite database holding your order.

5. Crypto payments are anonymous by design

Because all payments are made in cryptocurrency, StakeStore has no insight into your real identity, your bank, or your card details. The blockchain records the payment, but we cannot tie a wallet address to a person.

6. Cookies

StakeStore uses only what's necessary to make the site work:

  • A session-only token in the admin dashboard's local storage so admins stay logged in.
  • Standard browser cache for static assets (CSS, fonts, images).

No third-party tracking cookies are set. No advertising network has access to your visit.

7. Data retention

Order records (including your email and reference) are kept for as long as we operate the service, primarily so warranty claims remain honourable. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

8. Your rights — data requests & deletion

You can request:

  • A copy of any data we hold about you.
  • Deletion of your record (note: this also voids your warranty since we'd no longer be able to verify the original purchase).
  • Correction of an incorrect email address on a pending or completed order.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page changes. Material changes will also be announced via the Discord support channel.
